The Pageland Police Department investigates motor vehicle collisions that occur within the town limits of Pageland.

If a collision is not reported to law enforcement at the time it occurs, officers will not complete a collision report.

The FR-309 is a South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) form used to report uninvestigated collisions for documentation and insurance purposes.

πŸ“ Required By Law – South Carolina Code Β§56-5-1270:
➑️ If you're involved in a collision not investigated by law enforcement that results in:
β€’ πŸ’° $1,000+ in property damage
β€’ πŸ€• Bodily injury
β€’ ⚰️ Death
You must complete and submit the FR-309 form within 15 days of the incident.
